Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Beatriz Oliveira decided to channel her analytical skills and legal rigor into the financial sector. She joined Green One Capital to work at the intersection of legal compliance and capital markets. Currently working in operational support, she is dedicated to improving the legal structure of financial operations. Motivated by high-performance environments and stepping outside her traditional comfort zone, her focus is on ensuring that the company’s productivity is always accompanied by firm, detailed, and highly accurate legal execution.
Salvador holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Economics from the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. Before joining Green One Capital, he gained experience in strategic consulting and pricing analysis, developing strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of market dynamics and financial strategy. Rita has extensive professional experience in legal and compliance functions across both the private and public sectors, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, data protection, and sustainability.
Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in operations and projects, particularly in the design, implementation and ongoing monitoring of compliance programs, internal policies and control frameworks, supporting effective risk management and robust corporate governance.
Rita holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She complemented her academic background with several specialized qualifications, including a postgraduate program in Sustainability Management at ISEG – Executive Education, a Master’s degree in Compliance from Universidad Nebrija (Madrid), and a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) certification from the International Compliance Association (ICA). She is currently a master’s student in Law and Financial Markets at NOVA School of Law.
Ana brings experience in Compliance, Retail Banking, and Investment Banking. Her studies in International Relations and professional experience enrich the internal control sector and the company compliance.
Pedro Oliveira Cardoso has over 30 years of leadership experience in the real estate and financial sectors. He has served as a board member for financial companies across five countries and four continents. He is currently a managing partner at two consulting firms and sits on the consulting and investment committees of a major foundation.
Laura has a background in Business and Finance and worked for Deloitte 7 years, in the Financial Advisory division. During this period, Laura was focused on corporate finance projects for companies in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique, such as valuations, business plans, SPA redefinition, strategic plans, NPL collateral identification/valuation and financial support in litigations. As a Manager (between 2023 e 2025), Laura’s main responsibilities were managing project teams, clients, and other stakeholders, as well as developing a sales strategy.
Accomplished professional with a proven track record of over 20 years in the financial industry, having served as a non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee at Parpública – Participações Públicas, SGPS, SA. Pedro Ventura also held the position of chairman of the supervisory boards at Parvalorem SA and Participadas SGPS, SA, as well as a board member of the Fiscal Council at REFER, EPE. Additionally, he served as the Chairman of the General Meeting at CTT – Correios de Portugal.
