Her advanced studies in International Relations, Corporate Diplomacy, Information Management, and Marketing Intelligence further enrich her broad and accomplished professional background.
Accomplished professional with a proven track record of over 20 years in the financial industry, having served as a non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee at Parpública – Participações Públicas, SGPS, SA. Pedro Ventura also held the position of chairman of the supervisory boards at Parvalorem SA and Participadas SGPS, SA, as well as a board member of the Fiscal Council at REFER, EPE. Additionally, he served as the Chairman of the General Meeting at CTT – Correios de Portugal.
With an academic background in economics, management, and investment banking, Mariana began her professional journey at Banco BPI (CaixaBank Group). Furthering her interest in finance, she continues to explore opportunities within venture capital and private equity.
With a solid finance and management foundation, Beatriz has experience in the consultancy (Kaiser Associates) and start-up (duLocal) fields in Brazil.

He has successfully created and managed a private tutoring business, and he also likes to research and invest in the stock market, which has been a determinant factor in acquiring finance skills.
